Ok so its a DAY boat, WTF would you spend that kind of money on a 28ft DAY boat? Yeah nah Watson, you might have the coin to buy and operate a 3 engine 28ft boat day boat, but 99.8% of people dont and dont need a 28ft boat for 99.7% of times they would. Do yourself a favour and consider a Southern/WhiteP/Extreme, with a lockup cabin, Bifold cockpit doors with a Toilet/Shower/Galley.
This is his version of a 15ft centre console to us mortals who didnt get paid by Stabi to say this rubbish. Watson if you hadn't got HELLA lucky you would have nada chance of affording this boat and if you did would you really pay that much for primitive features.
If you somehow need a pontoon day boat, at least take anything you thought was good, chuck out the rest and I bet more people would be happy for the money spent giving up some space for a proper toilet and Galley. Hence why you have pull down Cabin doors on many boats now, fling the front window open, do your business in peace. As Sean said "however spending that kind of $ without a private area for the ladies is going to pose some challenges". I guess depends if you want women on your boat or just guys holding onto their dump ALL DAY LONG, the one feature being its a DAY boat, so 12 hours is likely longest you will have to clench the cheeks. Personally having had a centre cabin, Id definitely go full cabin if it means toilet/shower/galley and have a short term liveaboard vs a DAY boat, thats why I prefer non pontoon boats, more internal beam for such features. Another option is a used boat, saving 30% as you drive out the yard, and refitting it. Can work out much cheaper, as long as you can get what YOU need.
It just hit me, this aimed at the 0.1% of people with the money and not the, know what they need in a boat.
You throw your rods and reels into the cabin not in their rod holders/rocket launcher? REALLY?
In seriousness, good electronics, but 28ft is plenty even for a centre cabin for a toilet and a proper galley.
