That's the nicest looking performance cat I've seen to date, I wasn't keen to sacrifice comfort for performance but this Yacht could make me reconsider.

Couple of things I'm interested in haven't seen discussed on these caliber cats are:
- the newer technologies of diesel hybrid electrics for bluewater cruising
- related tech to assist with docking and collision with partially submerged objects like containers
- security and anti-piracy systems
Maybe we'll start seeing those technologies showing up in the near future hopefully.

the carbon finish is indeed A-mazing - such purity of lines! I have seen another video, that shows the systems, which are so clean and with a finish...looking like hi-tech industrial utility rooms. I usually don't look at boats this size, but this is so premium you forget how modest the size it. fantastic.

I have a question about the cabinet material. You mention that the molding is solid teak but does the foam sandwich material have a real teak veneer or is that an artificial teak? Thanks in advance, I know this is a bit in the weeds but I love those cabinets!

You're correct in noticing that each boat can have different finishes or materials. This includes the window valances, cockpit & dining table, interior hull cabinetry etc..Utopia has satin finished (actual) teak veneer. The solid teak trim is also in a satin varnish. The dining table is high-gloss teak. The galley counters are white corian while the starboard forward salon cabinet top is in teak. The owner wanted a lighter color species of teak and its a consistent shade throughout with effectively done book matching. Each owner, including Ticket to Ride's, make the boat a bit of their own. With the HH55 model there are a reasonable amount of possibilities based on your tastes and requirments. The Ocean series have a different (and large) set of options and the focus is on the engineered wood selections.

I was really just wondering specifically what Utopia had. I've had a lot of conflicting information about the real wood vs. fake wood cabinets. Ticket to Ride has a real wood interior that is glossy. I'd like real wood matte but was told that's not possible.@ROCKNAK'S YACHT SALES, INC.

The cabinet veneers can be (real) teak, oak, maple, etc.on the HH55. Each boat is different. The cabin sole is an engineered wood unless otherwise specified. In that application its best to stay with the engineered as its more durable than what you may have seen traditionally. Send me an email and I'll get you the specs PDF and the Brochure PDF. Hmm, inferior product? Nah. Far from it. Extremely high end. One of the nicest boats I’ve been on. Watch the Systems video. It shows quite a bit of the construction if you know where to look. Stolen what from Gunboat? This boat is from the same designer and architect of the 48, 66, and 90. All 18 of them. The HH 55 is entirely a new design. Completely different. Stay tuned for Part 5 “The Design”.

I quite like this for its almost conversational commentary. A lot of these walk-throughs are done by people who sound like real estate salesmen, there's a terrible sameness about them and they tend to drone on a bit. This gentleman manages to kind of talk directly to the viewer, he just looks around him and tells you about what he sees, it's not a rehearsed "presentation" and I found it very interesting. I am not in the market for a boat, but if I were I would definitely want to buy it from someone like him! Well done.

Made in China. No support. No parts for breakdowns. No quality control. Mould made of a copy from the gunboat range.

Thanks for the comment. To clarify: Support is US based and is robust. Boat is made in Xiamen China by Hudson Yacht Group (Taiwan) US President, international managers. Quality control has shown to be excellent, major parts are from the US, Europe, China, South Africa, Japan, all well known companies with international support infrastructure. Same California based designer as Gunboat 90, 66, & 48 but not the same molds. They also designed the HH 66, the HH 55, and the upcoming Ocean 50 as well as Leopards, Aeroyacht 110, and many others. Lots of good choices out there and the HH is one of them.

That "Inter ior" thing was driving me nuts. Thats the way the fancy title generator set the tracking (spacing). Part 2 and 3 are a bit better. Thanks for the comment!

Who makes the stove on the boat? What material is that ceiling made out of?

The stove is a Force 10 (and is a gimbaled model). The ceiling is a removable molded panel. Need to get the actual material. Will update.
