I'm buying a 37 foot center console, 10 feet wide and the slip where I gotta put the damn thing is is only 12 feet wide, gonna get some thrusters installed on that

I'm at a slight loss: Fairline offer a bow thruster as an option with their Targa Volvo Penta IPS boats, but why would one need a bow thruster if the boat's equipped with IPS with an EVC joystick? Surely the IPS/EVC functions do everything that separate bow and stern thrusters can do (and more!)
