Try to totally relax and don't move at all, you can even let your face touch the water just hold your breath a moment and don't freak out
You will notice that you can't sink and you are always floating
So all you need to learn is how to relax and you will be able to swim
Try by starting swing on your back just make sure to relax it's okay if you drink some water in your first tries just try to relax, slowly slowly you will find yourself that you can easily swim, you can do it in one day
Just relax and remember that you can't sink especially when you are in a safe zone
