Went from Hobie PA 12, to Outback, to Jackson Kraken. So far really digging the Kraken got a sweet deal on it from Cali and had it shipped to FL. Run what ya prung.

Jackson is where it's at, love the Cuda but I still opt for the Kraken!!!!

Yeah, I for some reason just enjoy paddling and not pedaling. The pedal yaks are just heavy as all get out but are very nice. So far I've paddle Jackson and Ocean Kayak brands, both are very nice but I fell in love with my Kraken 15.5.

Carl Banks I'm a Hobie guy myself. If it's too shallow my old Native ultimate. But they do look sooo nice and sooo well made.

Some of the best pure paddling kayaks made! Oh yeah, IN AMERICA!!! And yeah they don't come with a paddle but I'm glad because I found that EVERY manufacturer that make a paddle with their Kayak, the paddle is junk anyway so why not just buy a Werner or Bending Branches paddle anyway!

Believe me, I had a Pro Angler 12 and sold it because I was constantly running into oyster beds. Paddle kayaks are good for lakes and deeper waters, but definitely not for shallow/flats fishing.
