Did you say 28 degrees in Scotland?! Phew.... I thought it is a climate paradise there - always raining there and it never get`s hotter than 15 degrees during the hottest August afternoons. My hopes of finding cool places during summer are getting lower and lower. Maybe with an RC-icebreaker in northern Iceland.
