Why are all troller style boats of any size have a wall of screens blocking the view? I like the screens but they need to be integrated better and two helm seats would be an improvement. I do like most everything else on this very nice yatch.

How much did they pay to get this ship on the market?
A sad Nordhaven rip-off I would give it a 1 out of 20 compared (1) because it floats.
Nordhaven engine room even in there 40 and 50 foot range have stand up room...
And as a online yachting review you need professional video production
the audio is terrible

Way overpriced, terrible layout. Like the hull, I’m sure that you guys are not responsible for this mess, were you following the boat owner wish list? I would be embarrassed to be seen in this trawler.

from dictionary, for ease: "privateer = an armed ship owned and officered by private individuals holding a government commission and authorized for use in war, especially in the capture of enemy merchant shipping.". If this were an armed ship, running about fighting off criminals, i'd say "AWESOME!!!".

Very POOR Design. 1.75million, paying that price you want a #1) A Stand-Up Engine compartment! #2) Much more room in the bedrooms #3) More storage in the bedrooms...I could go on, but here is where you fail....You have to compare to Nordhavn and you do NOT!... Why would I buy your poorly designed boat, even when the person doing the Sale on Video here is apologizing for the screw-ups that you have made.... Good Gawd FIRE the Design Team!

I love these boats. But , I must say, the accommodations on this boat are abysmal. That horn on the upper helm looks like some kind of musket ready to blast someone's head off. Sheesh.

So....no helm seat upstairs for 1.75 Euro? Also, no handrail on the stairs to the fly bridge and the air horn is located just behind the upper helm drivers head. Doesn’t seem like a well thought out boat to me.

I'm glad the boat i'm looking at has 12500 gal fuel capacity, enough fuel for navigate from Astoria OR to Dubai UAE, and many, many points in between. I'm planning to refit her with a hybrid diesel-hydraulic-electric drive system with a controllable pitch propeller. That way, no mater what, the system is operating at peek efficiency, making the best use of the fuel at all time.

The Battery banks are large enough that I'll have many hours of silent cruising, or weeks of operation of the hotel systems without running the engines.

3000 liter diesel tank - and 3000 mile range???? Thats one liter per mile - pretty impressive from a boat this size :)

i believe he said it was a 6000 litre fuel capacity for 3000 Nm range so, if cruise is 8 knots that's 16 l/hr or about 4.2 (US) G/hr which seems rather good for this size of vessel.

I dont like the inside helm it seems to obstruct vision.. But is suspect with a word or two that could be customized. I do like the over size and shape of the ship. It is not unnecessary high out of the water making it unstable. It looks blue water !

Eur 1.75 MIO ex TAX ! > Nice mooring gear but the hole for the lines not protected. Bye bye paint / No table in generous cockpit / No manual override in engine room acces (RIP) / You can cross the atlantic but you have to stand up doing it / If you want to eat something make sure weather is great / navigation equipment blocking half the window. / 60 ft yacht only accomodating 5 people / Are there actually people spending this money for this ?

I agree and could go on and on. For instance (and just staying on your topic) just imagine just what the "kick/riser" of those stairs will look like in short order since they have left naked fiberglass to absorb the toe of every run up the stairs! The hull shape is great I just wish these guys would bring in a design firm such as the Japanese use with their cars. Ultimately it really does come down to the details!

Thanks for your comment! I've worked in Holland building boats for the last 10 years and I'm still amazed at how small simple things can be over-looked! Even in such a rich nautical history filled country such as Holland! They do build great boats here though allowing for the one or two misplaced instruments!!!!

Hmmm ... wonder what happens to that engine-room access if the electrics blow? I thought the throttle controls looked too small. The skipper needs to manipulate the joystick from a position he can see the sides of the boat. Was the interior panelling supplied by MFI? We never saw what close-quarters manouevering is like . And what happens when that lowerable electric table chops your dinner guests off at the knees?

ive been on one of these privateer 60 vessels there pretty amazing same price as a small sun seaker but more range i would rather have this then a seaker as they only do 250 miles per tank
