Can you show people to the different ways to pop up on a surfboard please? I'm a beginner Surfer aggressively trying to move from soft-top to longboard and eventually down the fun shapes and hopefully one day not too far in the future shortboards but I know the pop-up is very different when doing it on shortboards. I have watch YouTube videos on the chicken wing method and jumping from the thighs which is very hard and planting toes into the pad and stepping forward with the dominant and I just want to know what do most professional Surfers do and what do you like to do? For the pop-up. Thanks!!!!

Koa i have a question as this is an open forum I am sure other people are possibly wondering the same thing. How do you manage to maintain such a high tempo Surfing regime ,Jaws 2 Comps @ Pipe ect with almost no rest day its absolutely amazing ur fitness is obviously through the roof !!. I guess what i am trying to ask is do you have any helpful ideas about how to avoid tiredness and soreness after 2 or 3 days of solid surfing !!!!

Gabriel Medina is by far the best surfer on the planet earth and that has been a fact a for a few good years already. He can surf small, big, shitty, massive barrels, airs and etc. It's a fact. You low life potheads don't want to accept. But it doesn't matter, the evolution always wins, and Medina is the evolution. Slater? Okay, he was good in his prime, and I agree with that. But Medina is way better than him in any condition right now... If I remember correctly, he comboed Kelly, Jordy (2015) and many others in Pipe, won Tahiti, Fiji against Kelly and etc. No argument. Kelly is done, he can't compete against this beast called Medina! Your other old heroes, such as O'brien, Bruce Irons, Ho and others, it's almost wrong to put them to compete against a guy like Medina... He can probably win against them all together! Julian is good, but not as good. Toledo is good but can't surf heavy waves, same goes for Italo... The only one is JJF. JJF is good, there's is a good argument there... but Medina is better. Much better, especially on smaller waves. The thing is Medina is not apologetic and politically correct, and that's a true champ attitude, that's what creates the buzz, that's what attracts fans and money... and furthermore, he also takes surf into a different level. JJF is a very unattractive looking young male, no offense but he looks like a mix of Big Bird from Sesame Street and a Noodle ramen talks like a little kid and is awfully shy, while Medina looks like a Greek god, the girls love him, hangs out with soccer stars and has 7.5 million followers on Instagram. More than Slater, JJF and the WSL combined! Surf is no longer a sport for degenerates, lowlives, and potheads. It's mutating
into an international Olympic sport, that means diversity, that means your reign over the sport is over! I mean you racists, lazy, dumb, suckers. Don't apologize for anything Medina... take what is yours. Keep ripping. For you stupid losers... I feel sorry... it's sad.. but it's over. Medina is just the beginning. Your hate for Medina is simple, let's call what it is: Racism!

another fun one! you make me laugh showing your stress-i like it to see someone not acting like they're all chill. am liking the interaction that is developing with jack. more so last episode but some in this one, and in the caption (loving the captions). i think you guys should go with that. i've never seen it in a surf movie or vlog. the camera guy is always like non existent- it's as if the main person is just magically appearing before you. but the humor and bugging each other that goes on between you two makes this different and more personal and real.
