can't wait to see the video about Zero. i'm living on my boat in a marina. there is a Formosa 51 ketch here, probably similar to yours. it gets no use and is just wasting away. i think about you and your boat everytime i pass it, which is once or twice a day. if it's similar to yours, i'm impressed with your ability to handle Zero by yourself and expect it will be nice to have another hand on board. good luck!

Ahoy, yes the Formosa 51 is very similar to the hudson force 50. Its the same hull and rigg. But different layout inside and on deck.. tomorrow youll see more.. aloha

One of my all time favorite videos ever and I even took at still to show my wife was when you solo sailed and nosed up into a gap in an iceberg and jumped off the boat and are standing next to the her on the ice. It is one of those moments when I truly feel like I lived vicariously through someone else. IT was really cool !!!

We are not planning any serious voyages at this point, just weekend trips and what not. With the grandkids being with us now we haven't sorted out schooling plans so we stay close enough for them to remain in the schools they go to for now.

They have progressed nicely, I am almost skeptical to write this so as not to "jinx" it, but it looks like we may be ready to sail her from the yard next weekend. I uncovered a small fuel leak to fix in one of my return lines and the last of the new stainless gates and railing is wrapping this week.
Then there will be more projects, but they shouldn't keep us from using her and enjoying her while we do.
