We managed to get a raft and... well... That's it. The rubberbanding is preventing us from going anywhere. Hopefully fixes soon tonight.

Thanks for your effort dude. I think this Ark DLC is doomed to failure. They seemed to of imported a lot of the Ark bugs, like the damage not being dealt for instance. It's getting review bombed on Steam because of issues. People have found a hidden menu on the main menu screen that brings up the Ark DLC options window.

Have they done a Bethesda on this title ?

They hurt themselves in how they handled the communication of delays; that certainly didn't set the right mood. They aren't quite "put a fork in them" yet, but it's going to hurt the sales. I'm less worried about using Ark assets. A lot of games re-use assets and engines, it kind of makes sense from a dev standpoint not to waste the effort. I think most other titles just hide it better (like not leaving menus in there). My big concern is: How much NEW content and features come with the new game. If I see that they REALLY did a ton of work to make sailing fun, then I'm game. If they just made a boat that goes from point A to point B with little additional content? Not a happy camper there.
