Sailboat Anemometer battery replacement on tacktick Wireless instruments. Part 2 - A broken sailboat wind indicator shoeing dashes...no signal to the masthead unit, may just require wind transmitter battery replacement. If you have no wind display on your tacktick/raymarine instrument, it may be that the solar charged battery at the top of the mast can no longer be charged. Replacing this battery usually fixes this problem. When the wireless wind transmitter stops working, this may be an easy fix.
