Lion fish are decimating fish populations. If you happen to be spear fishing and can take a few out, do it! They eat the young game fish at an alarming rate. They have been trying to remove them for years now. Not sure how they were introduced into these waters but they are not native here or in the Caribbean. They are very tasty if you clean them properly

Yes, I've heard they're tasty...not sure I want to go close enough to one to catch it!

You should buy a couple of cheap fishing rods and fish off the boat and around the marina. Sienna might enjoy that?

Sienna has one of her own now. She got it for her birthday last year :)

Hi Guys , great vlog, some time ago I saw on one of your vlogs that you put egg wash on your propeller and shaft , just wondering how that turned out ?

The propeller seemed to be good for a while and the egg white worked well in the Med. The growth while in the Caribbean and Atlantic (east coast of America), however, has been ridiculous. We are now having to have our prop scrubbed every month :( So...moral of the story is that it depends where you are and how 'hostile' the water is. We're in Charleston, SC and during the summer the amount of growth in the water is insane...

Just taking things one step at a time. Our daughter is in school so she'll finish the year and then we'll head out and north for the summer. Being a New Yorker I've never been to NYC so I think it would be cool to sail my house into the city for my first visit :)
