I say goodbye to our Patrons and I leave Riley. I'm off, to the land down under to prepare for the birth of our boy. It was such an emotional week leading up to my departure. I've usually been fine leaving Riley for longer periods of time, but this time it felt different.. Riley has to look after La Vagabonde for an extra month and then he's going to sail it north to South Carolina where he's leaving it. Then he'll finally be able to fly to Australia to meet me. It is a strange phenomenon. It's actually a psychological problem when humans stop living their own lives and start fixating on edited clips of the lives of others. Very weird. Riley I'm hoping will not go stir crazy for some company and poor Elaina just keeps getting bigger. She will not lack for company while land locked I'm certain.
It would be nice to see them marry before the birth of their son, but I'm betting that will certainly be in a future episode!!!

If you're going to trust your life to a basic navigational aide, you really must have some sort of idea how it works. GPS is great, but that doesn't always work. Basic seamanship will save lives.
