Hi, If you look at my video on how to make your Boat go faster, there are some tips there regarding the rudder etc. I think I shortened my rudder bar about 10 centimetres. One way to work out how much to cut off, is to go sailing and just keep moving your hand down the bar and see how hard it is to turn steer. You also have to take into account that if you shorten the bar it will increase your effort to both raise and lower your rudders, Again you can just keep moving your hand down the bar, until you feel that its getting too hard to move the rudder up or down.
