Amazing seeing two boats there at the same time. Did the other boat come with you or did you visit at a time when someone else was there too? This may be the first time more than one boat was there in decades. Thanks for the video. Hurricanes really wrecked the two biggest wrecks since the next most recent video was shot there. Is it really that unprotected? I would think that waves would break on the reefs making the central lagoon a good place to be in a storm. I'd be really interested in any info on what its like there if a squall blows through. Its on my list of remote places I'd like to visit and I'd like to spend a few weeks there during the summer if its safe to do so.

We were travelling with the other boat! The day after we left we knew of 4 boats that arrived too!
It really has no protection! We had it perfect on day one. No wind whatsoever but on day 2 the wind picked up a little to 10knots and it was uncomfortable. It felt like we were in a washing machine. Active captain also advises that you have settled weather as there is little to no protection from wind and waves. I personally wouldn’t want to be here if a squall blew through!
It’s such a beautiful spot. Fingers crossed you can get the right weather window to visit!
