Our maiden voyage on our new boat was so short that in a slack tide we could have swum the distance involved! Despite this, it was probably the most stressful passage we've ever had... Fighting the tide, getting used to the boat handling of the new boat, the engine overheating, Emma crying incessantly, the VHF not working properly... It was definitely a memorable trip!
