no, buoys is pronounced "boys" if you are an american, but "booeys" if you are english.

@iluvyou123100 It's likely that they were just on the same course. I've been racing 420s this summer and they often put youth 29ers on the same course.

1:22 - bad luck he loops his main sheet around the buoy and STOPS on a dime! That I have never seen, but have done pretty much every other screwup out there. I sail my laser out of Alameda and it often gets interesting around 3PM.

you usually only do that when you cant bring it over, because the main could easily get tangled on something it works better on boats with sidestays since you can just wrap the bowline around the stay
