I'm looking for a sailboat I can drag out of my yard, take to the lake, rig and be on the water in a short amount of time, de-rig and take it home. How does the Mutineer hold up to those requirements? I found on my last boat I would spend 2+ hours per day I went sailing just in rigging, trailering, and breakdown. Makes it feel like much more of a chore... Any info would help. Thanks!

I would love to learn to sail. I have a chance to pick up one of these boats in usable condition pretty cheap but don't know if I would be getting in over my head. I don't know anyone who has experience with sailboats, but have gotten on a "chasing my dreams" kick lately lol

I'd like to duplicate your jib sheet rigging on my Nickels. It looks like you added a couple of cam cleats just outboard of the tracks and put in some covers to gain access for mounting hardware. Are you happy with the setup or would you make changes if doing again? Thanks.
