Great tutorial, but now we're singlehanded sailing a bigger boat in a strong breeze, so we need a winch handle to bring in the jib. Any ideas on how to proceed?

Great info. Thanks. Could you give some tips on trimming for efficiency: adjusting the main and jib. OK, I know what you're SUPPOSED to do: let the jib out till it begins to luff, and then take it in just a bit. All fine, but if you could make a video that would be very helpful to newbies like me.
