What would you say are the most significant reasons to choose a quantum class ship over an oasis class ship? Going on a cruise with a first time cruise later this year and they are upset because they wanted to do oasis class but we will be going on Anthem. How do I show them that Anthem is just as great? What does the Anthem have that you can't find on the Oasis class that makes it wortwhile. Besides Two70. Thanks

When you get drinking package does it have to be for the whole trip or can you use it on certain days?

It's for the entire cruise. You cannot cherry pick days.

I have booked direct and and doing all the planning myself . Getting a bit panicky now that I may have forgotten something . Have booked the key , my time dining (for everyday which I hadn’t realised I needed to book everyday and nearly messed that up ) , booked the drinks packages which I ended up getting money off as they gave me $250 of credit for each of our rooms (we have two) and booked shows , we are doing excursions ourselves as we know the cities and ones we don’t I am watching you tube for tips . What could I have forgotten Matt ?

I think you have the basics. It's just your paperwork (cruise documents) and travel documents that you need to ensure you bring with you.

You are so right, Matt, about speaking up if there is anything you need during your cruise. My wife and I were on the Freedom of the Seas in February, and we both woke up our first morning at sea with red, puffy eyes. I thought it might have been something I ate and was allergic to the night before, but it occurred again the second morning. That is when we asked our room steward if we could exchange our down pillows with some hypo-allergenic pillows. That evening, we saw that the room steward had, indeed, exchanged the pillows, and no more red, puffy eyes! I think our ability to enjoy the entire cruise would have been compromised if we had never said anything.

We will be going on our first cruise (Serenade of the Seas to Alaska) in 2020. We have been wanting to go on a cruise for several years, but did not even know where to begin. I am so thankful that we found a travel agent. And, I am so thankful for your videos! They have helped me so much.
