Just got back from a week in the Med on Symphony! My top tip would be make entertainment reservations before you cruise. The entertainment is AMAZING and you do not want to miss the shows. With it being a big and busy ship shows get real crowded real quick so book ahead and arrive early to get a perfect seat!

Does arriving early only apply to Royal Caribbean? I always get to the port 9:30-10:30am but there always be a long line or wait with Viking and Princess cruises. I will be sailing on my first RCI cruise in 2019.

Excellent video guys! Another important tip is that on all Quantum class ships, Harmony of the Seas & Symphony of the Seas, you can use iMessage without having to purchase an internet package. It may be available fleet wide, I really don’t know. It’s helpful because those with iMessage can keep in touch with their loved ones on and off the ship. Our family found it very helpful when we were on Anthem of the Seas back in February. I just wish I would’ve known this before I purchased the texting feature within Royal’s App that also operates on board without an internet package.

Also, this comes at a perfect time. I'm sailing on Symphony of the Seas in 3 weeks. Thanks for the tip about eating at the main dining hall for breakfast! I'm not really a fan of Windjammer.

Just got back off Symphony, had the time of my life, the entertainment is out of this world! MDR for breakfast is nice and relaxed but has less options than the Windjammer, for example MDR is smaller buffet so has less bread, cheeses, condiments available than the Windjammer.
