It is simple ya tallywackers, you do not need shades. You do not "cross" your eyes to view it. Here is the trick. You try to look PAST the screen. Try looking through the screen. As if something is in the distance behind the video. You should see the image split into 3 separate images. You almost there! Now with 3 seperate images, try to focus your eyes on the center. This should make the image up blurry. BOOM your viewing in 3D.

i wouldn't say its awesome. its OK. But the BEST 3D shark video would have the shark come to the screen (facing you) and bite. Do that, and this will be awesome.
