Sharks don't find humans appealing, as food, and aren't smart enough to categorize anything outside of "food" and "other sharks"- getting in the water with a hammerhead isn't (in and of itself) too risky. In answer to your question at 3:31, yes we all saw you sticking your hands into the ocean, grabbing the food item of a large hammer head shark that was actively feeding. No life jackets on board...Not to mention the way you were reeling in a huge fish with no proper bracing, on a tiny boat, wearing flip flops on a very slippery surface while running all over the place from bow to stern. Sharks are no harm to humans. We kill hundreds of thousands of sharks a year while they only kill around 30-40 of us. These people were being stupid and decided to hand feed a shark.

Wouldn't have bothered the shark at all to swallow the hook. Some sharks ingest license plates, light bulbs, balloons, stuffed animals etc. Only one creature on earth outdoes the ingestive and digestive talents of a shark and that is the crocodile. Of those, the Nile croc seems to be at the top and can completly break down metal, hooves, horns, and bones readily. Also with the shark, since it ingests seawater, the hook would eventually rust away during the coming weeks. Sharks actually hooked are usually cut free, leaving the hook in the mouth with no lasting effect.

I don't understand why people say that sharks dont attack people on purpose, or that they don't eat people. Maybe they don't prefer humans, for the fact that the human body is much less fatty and meaty then as for example a seal or sea lion. to the point, a hungry shark depending on size, would probably attack and cunsume parts of a person if opportunity presents itself. case closed.
