Dude was cracked.
Hope Darwin theory works and you're wiped out of the planet thanks to your stupidity.
my god, we barely live 80-100 years on this planet. try to not reduce your lifetime any further.
True. They stay away from people and are not considered dangerous to people. We have one wolf and his mate that has entered the Northern California-Oregon (USA) border. We had wolves here, but they were over-hunted and vanished in the 1920's. Here's an article on the State of California website if you want to read:
https://www.wildlife.ca.gov/Conservation/Mammals/Gray-Wolf
Just met two Danish girls the other day. They are students going to law school here. Nice ladies. They are very blonde. o.O
Well of course it's a predator, so it is kind of dangerous.. But looking at statistics, there is nothing to be affraid of :-)
Actually, the wolfs was starting to come back to Denmark, so we do have like 20 wolfs in the entire country.. The imigrated from Germany :-) But they are very shy and stay away from humans.. But its not considered a dangerous animal amongst us danes..
No wolves or bears? I guess I can see how a horse can be dangerous. They could kick the crap out of you.
Hahaha, i would too :P Luckily we dont got any dangerous shark near the Danish coastline, actually, the most dangerous animal we got in Denmark, is in a zoo.. Well that's not all true, we also got horses, that is the animal that causes most (9000 and we are a population of 5 million) and most serious injuries :-D
Thats really sad.. Must be a hard sight, to see half a man :( yeah, sharks can defintly fuck your day up big time.. Im not saying that all sharks are dangerous for human.. But there is at least three species i wouldnt get in the water with :-)
Well im pretty sure ive heard that many years ago.. But it can still be fatal to be investigated by a shark :-P
I heard that story when i was a kid, i have known in many years, that sharks are picky and often take a little tastebite to determine whether it was up to theirs taste..
Well, guess you didn't know that a single bite from a big shark, easy could kill a grown person?
No, I've seen documentaries stating this fact. I guess marine biologists don't know what they're talking about? It's too early in the morning to argue on You Tube. Have a great day!
Yes, look at the video on You Tube and you can see it lifting it's head out of the water, which I've seen in other videos.
Just saw a video of a GW shark attacking an inflatable boat, which was able to make it back to shore. The GW is the only fish that will lift it's head out of the water to see what's on the surface.
What I meant previously was that sharks will avoid interacting with orcas, so the longer your board, the less chance you have of a shark thinking you might be dinner. Most attacks on surfers have been short boards, but then again, short boards are pretty much the majority of what is out there these days, too. It will be interesting to see if anything changes now that paddle boards are becoming more prevalent. Not that I want anyone to get bit, it would just be silly to think it won't.
Its just a big fat seal! Orcas are the most awesome predator in the world, there is only one recorded kills of humans in the sea, but they have attacked humans in captivity and even killed 4 of the stupid trainers.. Great Whites, on the other hand, have kille several people! :-D
This guy must know exactly what he's doing, and, he must have done this many times before. All it takes is an unexpected wind or a rogue wave, a ships horn, and, it's curtains...he becomes squalus food the moment he falls in.
I'm a scuba diver with over 500 dives, and, I'd never pull this stunt. The deadliest creature I've ever seen on an ocean dive are barracudas...and, I wish to keep it that way.
I WOULD NEVER EVER DO THAT IN MY LIFE WHAT IF I DIE OUT OF NO WAY
almost hits shark with paddle board
Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege.
I am patient with stupidity but not with those who are proud of it.
Genius may have its limitations, but stupidity is not thus handicapped.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.
It's good to be a badass, but it's no good to be a dead badass. There's a fine line between badass and dumbass.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Fallows
It's Chris Fallows, a world renowned shark expert, researcher, photographer, and conservationist.
He was the one that highlighted their breaching behaviour in False Bay, Cape Town, and has some of the most stunning photographs of these creatures gracing peoples homes world wide.
Silly people....
Meanwhile, we get this garbage bullshit about how they want nothing to do with us. All you have to do is look at their damn habits to see they intentionally predate humans.
Albeit, it's probably mostly big sharks that do this. The many, many sharks smaller than adult humans will be less likely to do it. And, the big ones likely leave you alone when not hungry, or not hungry enough to want to go after something your size, thus there's all these times people away from shore are around a shark or two without problems... Then, they stupidly assume it means predators of humans are not so, and are safe, harmless puppies.
Here's a similar thing... A lion in a zoo is used to human caretakers, well-fed, and void of the exercise needed to be very fit to chase after you anyways... So, one might wrongfully conclude lions are not so dangerous. WRONG! Mountain lions, and lions of Africa both commonly attack humans for food in the wild, where they see us as no different from a gazelle, or a deer, except that we're easier (if not armed, or using a bicycle or something (and they still often get people who try to get away on their bikes)). Albeit, attacks are likely continuously going down (decrease in statistics, I mean), because people are less, and less going into their territories.
However, as we encroach into their territories from these awful housing booms... It should be remembered that big cats in that situation simply start to go into towns/cities to hunt humans on purpose. If city planners are not careful, this could happen here in the southwestern United States, with mountain lions being the species in question.
The shark's just looking at him like, "Get yo ass in here" haha
Fuck. That.
It would be JAWDROPPIN' to see him fall in
interested. Just macho crap to show off for the camera.
After all, if he didn't pull off that stunt, there be nothing to differentiate him from the
thousands of amateur home-clips of great whites and he wouldn't have got on the docos.
S. Africa and Australia are the 2 countries with frequent deadly great white attacks, especially on surfers but some can't help themselves to project the tough- guy
image.
His action does not prove anything of benefits. Sharks are highly unpredictable
and also of some intelligence, maybe more so than this guy.
Guy: No, I must film! O_O
Shark: D: but Im naked
Even if everybody assures me that no sharks come to that area, I just cant do it lol Im not that friend people want to go to the beach with I just sook the whole time.
What you say is a lie. There have been cases of divers being attacked by sharks.
The posts from the ignorant are amusing as well.
If only.
Lolwut.
Paddler: Hi curious!
LOL. yes.. from your point of view. From Shark's point of view you look like a seal from below.
yeah...that would've been very interesting
Any fucker who's ever surfed in shark infested waters knows that.
If you go swimming looking like a seal, be prepared for Great Whites.
Shut your fucking cunt face, you're clearly clueless.
When surfers are attacked, it's just a completely random hungry shark, cause we are over fishing their ocean and going into their habitat.
whats wrong with my picture? its just a potato
a retarded potato
once u fall down , they must shoot and kill the shark to save ur ass
