Seems like the shark gets super calm once its outta the water, I guess lack of oxygen does that? And the fact it cant see. It almost seems to go into some sorta like numbed out state as if it was traquilized. Anyone know if that is normal for a shark to act like this once its on land? I would think this thing would be thrashing about with all the people around it, p ulling its mouth up, shoving poles in its mouth, etc.

Hell, sharks have been photographed with their dorsal fins missing or damaged due to their mating habits (male sharks bite onto the female to yknow do the nasty) so a little tag wont bother them

Mr. Muscles because sharks have to be constantly moving in order to breathe so by forcing water through the shark and over its gills, it provides the oxygen the shark needs to keep breathing. Otherwise it would slowly suffocate!

They are killing these sharks! Sharks do not have strong skeletons. They are cartlidge skeletons, and they are flimsy like our noses or ears. They aren't made to have that weight on their internal organs. They cause damage to these sharks internal organs. Some are unlucky and don't die right away but linger on a few days in misery. Or some get infections at the tagging site. They should leave them ALONE and be ashamed of what they are doing.

But in a much nicer way. These men truly respect Sharks, and are only doing this because Sharks are so threatened. Notice they gave the Shark a means of oxygen by inserting two tubes of running water into her mouth. The water runs over the Shark's gills and allows her to have a means of some breathing, so she doesn't suffer suffocation. They also work fast so she doesn't have to spend too long out of the water, and they covered her eyes to help keep her calmer.
