I have no idea why everyone's commenting just right now, but overall this was a ride that was made a long time ago. Yes, it's fake - no need to point it out. It says 'ride,' sorry to disappoint some people but there's not going to be a real shark. There's alot of hate comments and comments which point out the obvious - so instead, how about some good and kind ones ? For example, - the man who worked / played the part in leading them in the ride was very enthusiastic and was kind, and made the ride even more fun with his acting. Those who were on the ride played their part by acting along, which overall made it a fun and wonderful ride. Nonetheless, this channel was made to review things and show clips of rides, places, etc etc. It's great seeing as they still post videos which are entertaining and such. I don't see what the fuss is all about ?

There were tons of animatronic issues that the ride suffered for years. The whole ride caused more issues for universal, and it was a whole money sink just to keep it open. After they kept refurbishing it, universal realized they had to break losses with the 53 million investment. How it came to be is actually really interesting, and i suggest you look up Defunctland's video about the ride, he'll explain everything and how it became a real-life disaster. It was a engineering flop

Shame they took the ride away I believe. It seems like everyone is only interested in the new high tech stuff when I went to universal. All the classics are being thrown away. Just imagine if they made a Jaws ride again, except with some new features and stuff to make it a lot freakier, who wouldn’t want to ride that? I don’t mean to hate on the other franchises or anything along those lines, but if they can put enough work into them, why not Jaws? It’s a classic!

I can't believe the amount of people that are commenting "It's Real, or It's Fake". First off, how could you possibly think this was real. It's a theme park ride they would never use a real shark for obvious reasons (You can't train a shark, and sharks don't even act like they did in jaws, such as attacking a boat and following it), and commenting "It's fake" is also dumb because it should be obvious to people that it's fake, and thinking that you have to point it out is just sad.
