Even if you had a max level zombie shark you won't be able to unlock Buzz , you have to look for 100 fossils when in game in order to unlock it or you can just win it in an event like I did

It's an easy mistake to make, given how it looks so I don't really blame anyone for making the mistake.
I thought the same myself, but found out more when doing my research to talk about Abzu.
It's in the sub-class of Holocephali, whereas sharks are in the Elasmobranchii sub-class.
