The Basking Shark, a shark I've swam with can be seen in waters with temperatures far exceeding what you claim, on a regular basis! I've also witnessed first hand, while scuba diving the Whale Shark and other sharks mentioned here! Suggest you check your data with other agencies before accepting yours as "Gospel"!
