just consider them like dinos we haven't seen any dinos but we believe it was real and there is proof megalodon is a prehistoric species of shark so it may b real

Here is some more fuel for the fire. The horseshoe crab? They were classified extinct. THOUSANDS of them are seen every year but they were STILL classified extinct until pretty damn recently.
Frilled Sharks: around 150 million years old. Not extinct (yet).
Giant squid: millions of years old. Not extinct.
Colossal squid. Evidence suggests millions of years old. Obviously not extinct.
Animals that are 100s of millions of years old. Some of them pretty damn big. And one of science's best excuses why megalodon is extinct is, "There would be less fish!" GET REAL.
