Hi freediving. I saw where You dive in cold water. Have ever heard of Natalie Avseenko. A champion freediver from Russia. She specializes in freediving in cold water. Even did it in nude. She is on YouTube. Also if I may ask how old are you. Good Luck and also may try the Y-40.

Atlantic Canada is a great place to live, I grew up here Atlantic Canada. I grew up in a Province called New Brunswick. There's a place here in Nova Scotia that has a former Canadian Navy Battle ship called The Sequaney that people dive on. It's in CAPE Breton. Have you ever dove on a ship wreck? I think that there's more cold water than warm water, or it seems that way. Diving off of Los Angeles, you hit a thermocline that feels like climbing into a refrigerator.
