Neopine mask does not have a valve system that prevents the used air to mix with fresh air. It is a copy, like all copies it's made by companies that are really good in taking a product thought by others and making one just like it (sometimes with some original add-ons) - unfortunately (or fortunately for us) though, they often don't understand all there is to the engineering of such a product, so, overall, the performance of an Easybreath, or Aria, is on another level.
Neopine's mask is fine, but it's not the best. The resemblance is due to the fact that it is a new product and people still associate all designs with one another. This will change.
Anyway, technical characteristics in which they differ are:
aria is lighter, nicer, less internal volume, orinasal made to fit better the nose, softer and better silicone, better design, one way valve systems that prevent mixing of carbon dioxide, better (less) work of breathing while maintaining gas separation, assistance and warranty, accessories etc etc.
