No. When the snorkel is above water, you can breathe indefinitely, like a normal snorkel. However, when the snorkel is underwater, neither air nor water comes through the snorkel. So you have to hold your breath.

U meen for 2 metres..ok.
you can't dive because u can't equalise the air from your ear drum and you breath all the time full of carbon dioxide air.
You can't equalize with the mask, that's the only drawback :S

No, las olas pequeñas no afectan mucho...el efecto es similar al de un tubo de snorkel que esta cubierto por la parte superior.

Yes, it keeps the water away and in case a little bit of water comes in, once your face is out of the water it will go out through the valve below the chin. The mask is awesome!
