I have a hero 4 and I can't seem to get my videos to come out clear at 1080 at 60fps I have to use 720 and 30fps? Any tips on wat to do I go to Puerto Rico and plan on snorkeling want some good quality footage

Alberto I'm having the same problem with my Silver, if I record in 960 the video will come out great but if I switch it to 1080 / 30 or 60 fps it turns out so choppy you can't even watch it. I have the micro sd 10 as suggested in the users manual too. Maybe my cam is just faulty who knows but think today I'm gonna just go trade it in for the black edition since I really want to be able to record motion videos in 1080.

When you watch the vid with the WiFi off the SD card it looks bad. You have to actually download it for it to look good.

Awesome video, I had some speculation on my Hero3+ Silver Edition only because when I would use it the video would be very muddy and choppy. Not even at its highest res I used 960 at 60fps it would be so choppy and I have a class 10 micro SD. I think the problem was when I used the GoPro app and converged it from the camera to the iPhone via WIFI and it made it all choppy. I'm going to have to try and just upload directly to PC from now on to get results like you did! Again great video!

Actual camera. It got foggy because of the change in temperature but I realized it and put the anti-fog liquid I put on my mask and it worked.

It might be the SD card. You always want to buy a class 10 SD card. Go to the place where you got your GoPro and they might be able to tell you more about it.

I used some tie wraps and a walking stick haha. I paid 10 dollars for the walking stick and it still works perfectly. And no, I didn't use any lamps, just the sun light.

1080p 30fps and yes, i was only using the standard waterproof case. It worked perfectly even in deeper waters. I have videos scuba diving with it at about 35m deep and they look awesome (Check em out in my channel). You just need to buy the liquid for the lens so that it doesn't get foggy. Also, make sure you get a class 10 sd card. Hope it helped :)
