Hi chan, Gulf and City of Eilat located on the Red sea, water temperatures peak in the range 27 to 30°C (81 to 86°F) on around the 11th of August and are at their lowest on about the 20th of February, in the range 20
to 22°C (68 to 72°F). It's pretty warm all year round, you will need to wear a suit from around November to April.

A 3 mm suit is more than enough.
