Man imagine Rincon and surrounding spots in VC and SB if the channel islands were not there, so that south swells could roll through uninterrupted! That would be so cool! Then again, the islands are what keeps our beaches nice and sandy since it prevents erosion by blocking some swell.

Hey Jeff! Few questions, im thinking about moving to california, and im a pretty good surfer here in florida, and was wondering are the waves good there in the summer? It's sure isn't that good here! Very well shot footage with no frills attached. Helps that the waves were on the whole long but I love watching waves ridden from start to finish as opposed to just clips of x turn on one wave and then y turn on another. 2 thumbs up Jeff.
