already liked after the first minute. its cool to see that u actually know some stuff,which shows me u actually now probably pretty much about. like knowing css is best for surf,when u know this,u probably now pretty much about it. in addition: this is the first video where i see that u say sth about strafes,how to hit ramps and flicking. which is great,cause this is the stuff u have to know to get the harder maps like t4 to 6. maybe some t3 and t2 maps too. all in all,just from the first minute,great!

I can never get it right, i can sometimes do a few slides but my wrist pulls down my hand and makes my hand feel heavy so I can't slide my mouse left and right to strafe :^(

So I'm on the gmod map kitsune and I can't jump ramps on the 3rd bit because their on the opposite sides.
If I do manage to get on the 2nd ramp I basically lose all my speed and I'm at the bottom.
How do I jump ramps like that without losing any speed?

In this tutorial when I talk about flicking, that is what you want to do. Your person only moves in the direction of momentum. So if your momentum is going forward and you face the ramp at an angle, you will climb the ramp, then just strafe away from the ramp towards the other ramp.

I was doing 16 sens at 1000 dpi and now 10 at 1200 dpi...

I just got a 13x10 mouse pad but can really only use 10x10 because my keyboard is sitting on 3 inches of it (and I can't move my keyboard further) But I do have to say the turn binds make a lot of sense. I didn't think about those because they are normally banned.

Jabrane Amami half sideways surfing is a different style of surf and is separate from normal surf. You would be surfing as at angle to the ramp instead of going forward on a ramp. You would hold W and A if the ramp is 45 degrees on your front left side or W D for front right side. Same concept applies to S A and SD.

Hey i have a question that probably a lot of surfers can answer! The question is very simple: how so surf a straight ramp without loosing speed? I dont mean a ramp where you can strafe left and right! There are wallk and it is just a ramp that is going up! Search on youtube for the map surf_resort! Its right at the start but i dont get how to do it

Yawspeed does not exist in CSGO you are correct. However I use the base Yawspeed. With a turnbind you can still use your mouse so it's really something you should take time to practice and get a feel of how fast to move your mouse with your turnbind to compensate for the speed. To touch on the "I can't spin slower" remark, just spin wider as opposed to spinning near the center. This takes more room for you to spin so you wont hit the next wall.

I am at 800 DPI 1.10 Sens Raw Input with a 18x16 pad.

Moving your mouse up or down makes no difference. Moving your mouse left or right does. If you turn towards the side with the ramp, you will go up the ramp. Turning away from the ramp wont give you height, but you will leave the ramp but if done slowly you can go lower on the ramp.

The only instances where you will run into problems going to fast is if you try to turn while at very high speeds.
Most maps are capped at 3500 u/s so at those speeds if you make a really fast turn you can even get stopped completely if you do it really really fast.

This map is surf_lt_omnific. I chose it even though it gets really hard specifically because of its versatility. It is aesthetically appealing to new players and old players, and has 18 stages ranging all tiers of difficulty so I thought it fits perfectly.

Another map that is colorful and pretty much a copy of the map is surf_kitsune2.

Maps that are easy and are fun are:
surf_mesa, surf_reprise, surf_borderlands. There are hundreds of maps to choose from but these are decent maps.

Very professional tutorial. I enjoyed very much. I have a question. I heard Surfing and KZ can help improve movement. From my understanding surfing can teach me air strafing and mouse movement which will help me improve with b-hopping for KZ. And KZ will help me with all movement. AM I correct? Would you say surfing skill is a prerequisite for KZ.? Also, do you know additional benefits for practicing surfing and KZ. I'm only practicing surfing because bopping on KZ is extremely difficult for me at the moment.

Surfing, BHOP, and KZ all improve improvement. I recommend gradually lowering your sensitivity as low as you can go with the amount of mouse space that is available. I started at around 3.45 sens 800 DPI and I'm now at 1.1 sens 800 DPI and I have seen many improvements in smoothness and accuracy. These help with aiming, platforming, and movement in general keeping your hands syncronized and teach you to hit the correct keys to further your efficiency.
