I saw the price and watched 27 seconds. 15000 usd absolutely dreaming. 2500 au tops and thats stretching it. Im guessing we wont be seeing them soon at thst price unbelievable.

For rental shops to jump on this I think the winning e-board will have to strike the right balance of speed (surfing) and relaxation (SUP). If you can carve or just chill with the same board, it will have a broader appeal to a wide range of rental customers - then the rental shops will invest in it. Just my opinion.

these boards are too dangerous to be used around normal surf spots where there's a lot of surfers in the water. Because if you end up hitting someone, you could split your head open or kill them with that foil blade on the bottom of the board.

Anyone who gets one of these should have to pass a test--show that you can actually paddle into a wave, stand up and ride a wave. These things would give you a false sense of security on the water, give you no sense at all of proper etiquette for boats. I foresee dozens of deaths and maimings due to careless, showoff riders.

way over priced e foil is cool as hell but i wouldn't pay more then 500 for it some may pay the price but i cant see paying any more then 500 to maybe at top end 1000 but im sure some will pay the price

Exactly, which is why some communities, like here in Hawaii, are considering laws that would impose fines on anyone caught crossing the street while using their phone. These things will encourage irresponsible behavior.
But besides all that, people will get them and think their cool for having one, whereas in fact they're just wannabes who are too lazy to actually learn how to surf, sail or paddle. Like people who ride jetskis and think they're bigtime watermen or something.
I also forgot to mention the number of hypothermia cases that will result from people taking these out into a lake wearing only a swimsuit, then having a breakdown out in the middle. Ever paddled a surfboard in even moderately cold water? Get's cold quick.
I windsurf, and have spent many hours wallowing in the water in light wind, but always conscious of how to get safely back to shore in case it totally dies.
