Currently healing from a torn rotator cuff after getting smashed on a rock surfing.
Right after healing from that same shoulder getting hyper extended bombing a hill.
It takes hours a day of painful physical therapy just to be able to work.
@ 50 years old now, I’d do it again and again though.
But I’m done now I think.

For a guy that enjoys the Ocean that much you should know that in some extent landfill waste (which is where that couch is heading) will make its way to the Ocean through watercourses, wind or other means.
