Currently healing from a torn rotator cuff after getting smashed on a rock surfing.
Right after healing from that same shoulder getting hyper extended bombing a hill.
It takes hours a day of painful physical therapy just to be able to work.
@ 50 years old now, I’d do it again and again though.
But I’m done now I think.
