Okay, that’s a pretty great animation for him. I’m starting to really look forward to playing as Funky. It’ll be weird going back to the normal mode though (since I’ve been mostly playing on the Extra Difficult mode for a while now).

Ya know, watching the Beard Bros play DKC3, I realize what feels so off about the Retro DKC games.

The bad guys don't make the "AUGH!" sound effect when they're hit. The games lose a lot of charm without those sound effects.

Is there a way to play with 2 hearts only like in the original? I mean since Funky is so much more powerful, it would be fair if he had 2 hearts and of course 1 heart in hard mode.

I wish they'd give you the option to play as Funky Kong without being his normal OP self. The option to make him play like DK with a Funky skin would make it so you get to have the same hardcore gameplay, but also the grooving style of Funky!
