My question is, was this footage shot, stitched and edited with the GoPro Omni Package or with another set-up? Would love to know how they filmed this. "6-camera GoPro Spherical array" sounds like it was a GoPro Omni prototype but, as far as I know, the Omni isn't waterproof which is such a shame. If there's some way of using the omni in/under water, I'd be so excited for it!

What I would like to know is how they were able to record underwater with the spherical array since the camera's have to be out of their waterproof housing to be on the rig. Does the rig have it's own special housing that you can get or are they using a prototype HERO5 that's waterproof on it's own like the session?

Use it since 6 months now in 4k too, but never got that kind of edit at the end lol ... How can it be so smooth and sharp at the same time while it's blurry and full of mistakes on my side , using your stuff to make my videos ? Check it and let me know . You'll say its ....wwwwwayyy different lol

+LAB Glisses Il y a beaucoup de travail pendant la production et en post ensuite. Les surfeurs ont fait attention à la façon dont ils tenaient le rig (s'assurer qu'ils étaient dans le cadre d'une seule caméra et pas au niveau d'un stitch). Puis de longues heures dans AVP pour peaufiner l'image. Et probablement encore pas mal de temps sur after effect pour combiner des render prenant en compte différent niveaux de parallaxe (un stitch pour le premier plan / un pour l'arrière plan, et ensuite des masques pour combiner les deux). Mais il y a de bonnes idées sur ta chaîne, continue à jouer avec le rig et les logiciels et la qualité va augmenter :)

SuperView is what the "s" stands for. Some call it "spherical" but that's not what the "s" stands for. As for the difference between "p" and "i", it's progressive scanning and interlaced.

For me, the "s" stands for "shitty way to confuse people about resolution"
