If you have a little experience you have nothing to fear. But those waves are smaller then they normally are in one eye.

the way the wave is breaking is totally unrealistic as are the way the surfer is riding on the wave. I have worked in the industry therefore can spot this a mile away

Where is the best place for a novice to surf in Mauritius? I'm going back out there in Dec... Last time I surfed there I almost got vaporized on that reef. I'm too used to the deep water here in Cali.

Being dropped in on sucks but sometimes you can't see someone when they are on and going around a section that closed. I always show respect, to the ocean and people around me. I rarely drop in but I think everyone must have ay least once, it happens, just appoligize and go back to the end of the lineup, right? Don't be a turd and start cussing and acting like a dick.
