I just recently found out im allergic to pretty much EVERYTHING! The only things i cant eat are meat, fruits and vedgetables and rice.. ive been eating an apple for breakfest, rice for lunch and meat and vegetables for supper for the past 3 weeks straight.. i cant even eat potatoes or chips or icecream, or chocolate, cereal, bread, flour, starch! So the fact that shay is doing shayloss and not eating unhealthy foods has really helped me accept the fact that i cant eat anything.. HAHA Thanks shay

It doesn't matter if it would make it to a starving person, although if you put some effort in on your part I am sure you could find somebody hungry in your city to give it to.

You should only ever have to enforce it once, unless the person happens to be stupid enough to keep taking more than they can eat, and eating a tiny bit past full isn't going to kill anyone, in fact if you knew anything about human physiology you would know that it is healthy to have a little fat on you, so eating a bit past full every once in a while is actually a good thing.

@jgard1990 And that's the mentality that gets a lot of kids fat. "Eat everything on your plate" is such a horrible mentality. Leftovers are great. And it's also "okay" to waste a little food. Better than forcing yourself to eat too much at any rate. If you make too much constantly (and dont even eat the leftovers eventually) you might want to start cooking less in the first place. But being healthy sure is NOT an "excuse" to waste food.

There weren't directions on the box? Also, the salt should be put in first with the water, but I suppose that works. It's just to make it boil faster. About the cheese, I don't double up on the cheese packets, but I do add two slices of American cheese per box. :) Yummy. Furthermore, my favourite dinosaur is the pteradcatial. :)
