You can get surfing pikachu in heart gold soul silver on the pokewalker.
Flying pikachu too.

It's not something I'll attempt as I absolutely loathe the surfing minigame in US.
Plus, the lack of a surf board during the attack animation is another reason that I don't want to bother with it.
But as I said, thank you for the option.

If you are at max speed, and successfully pull a trick at the peak of the jump, the sun or moon (depending on what time it is) will do a little sparkle effect.
If you say "the air", it could be Flying Pikachu.
And flying pikachu.

It's called yellow forest. It is a route on the pokewalker.
The yellow forest is an event from game stop.
So yeah NOT just yellow ver or stadium and not 19years.

Edit: what i mean by orange not yellow is when he's doing his jumps, he only goes yellow. If you go down the wave one more time while you have yellow, you can get orange and you'll go much higher and be able to do more.

even if only the gen 1 4 and 7 one can be repeated, isn't one region only and can still be done today practically each gen can have a legit surfing pikachu
What you have to do is play pokemon revolutie and there you can get a surfing pikachu
But if you beat Pokemon Battle Revolution, you can put a Surfing Pikachu into your Diamond and Pearl.
A tip for Poni is to not far from the wave and stay on the side at all times.
If you see a obstacle ahead even if you have low speed like yellow speed jump anyway better than losing speed for nothing.

Yeah it is. I have surfing pikachu I got from yellow forest in pokewalker you transfer to next gen black and white and ver2, then you transfer to pokebank and so on.
