"But i want everyone to know that it was me...sliding in sections, but i still slid." - Julie Andrews on the Audio Commentary . Which could be interpreted in two ways, 1.) that she slide down a little bit or in a few sections of the slide, and that was mixed with a stunt double who did the whole slide down 2.) She did the whole slide and all the footage is her, she just didn't do the whole slide at once, but in sections. Either way, Julie is amazing!
