They taught me how to surf. The organizers of Surf Haiti are trying to change that. They run a surf commune in the southern coast of Haiti at Jacmel. By raising domestic awareness of surfing through lessons and education, these surfers hope to build momentum for Haiti to submit a surfing bid to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, where surfing will debut as an Olympic event. Vox Borders is a new international series focused on telling the human stories that emerge from lines on the map. Johnny will travel to six border locations to produce a final set of documentaries. While he travels he'll release dispatches on YouTube and Facebook documenting his experiences. And they push these very off and arguably crazy right wing positions on anything social and economic, coincidentally on all these videos people watch for "liberal news" and "liberal jokes"
And why do you guys give them, and a couple of times urban carry tactical holsters advertisement time?

he has to report/make videos about it
Surfing was introduced in Italy decades ago and we just now got the first world tour (top 32) pro in 2017. Leonardo Fiorovanti.
Haiti won't have an Olympic surf team for many many years.
They are from 7 , 10 to 16 years by the time to partipating they will be experts. GIVE THEM SOME ENCOURAGEMENT. THAT'S ALL THEY NEEDS
I was just saying the connection between the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and a Haitian surf team won't happen, probable not for twenty more years.
On the other hand the damage from nationalism is well known, and the new upkomming natinalism in certain countries is alarming.
The idea of a group identity as big as a hole nation is absurd, and to maintain this idea it's almost natural for minorities to fall behind, while the most insecure group pushes an even more extreme idea of what you have to be to be "one of them".
We humans are competitive in nature and enjoy having a sense of belonging.
Be it in a group of friends, state or country.
If we don't have anything to compare ourselves with, we will make something to divide each other.
Sure it has caused wars but it also drives innovation.
This is why games and sports are so popular.
It's a healthier version of war though there are some cases people will riot when their favourite team didn't win.
But that usually happens when the tension between them is already at an all-time high.
cool!!!

You didn't really say anything at all, no information, no references, no nothing. Just a few minutes of nice camerashots and 3 sentences.
Whats the takeaway from this video? Haiti exists, they do surf now, and they want to compete in the olympics. Ah, and sport is somehow important for society, noticable by the fast scrolling 15 frames of some text.
Again, these skits are nice to watch, but they don't contain any information or value whatsoever...
wow...
Topless johnny.
