This cant be real. Look at the wave and compare it to the people down there. It looks like it will fall to the people.
I saw how this place on the internet how it looks like in the reality, and the place where people stand is already super high.
Somethings wrong here

..... a "wave" ? Like where and how far does this wave need to go so it can die out? it looks more like a tidal wave that cleared the surface of an entire country!!!!!!!!!

Damn I wish I'd missed my flight over here.
Damn I wish I'd taken up skiing instead of surfing.
Beam me up Scotty.
If only a great white would put me out of my misery.
Okay, time to wake up now. It's only a dream. It's only a dream.
There's no place like home. There's no place like home.
Hail Mary, full of grace.
I'm beginning to think I shouldn't have gone surfing today.

Want to bet that we wasn't scared, but did it anyway?
Otherwise known as Amazing
Jebus.
Impressive, nonetheless!
glad I never tried surfing.
For instance: you can reach the surface after one of those waves and still not be able to get to breathable air because you are submerged in foam, a layer of it left over from the breaking wave that is taller/deeper than your head. They have small oxygen bottles on them with a few minutes of air available to help in a worst-case scenarios like that. Along with padding and flotation and such.
Yes it is dangerous, and people do get hurt, and sometimes, even die. But not as many as do simply from driving cars on a daily basis, or many other potentially dangerous everyday things in oir modern world.
In the meanwhile, they are LIVING, living their dreams - and that is a whole lot more than most people ever do. :)
I think this year will be tight, more ride´s to come
Nazaré it´s BOMBING!!!
To me this looks like the biggest wave ever surfed captured on camera
