I've been a rockabilly all my adult life , and I recently started listening to Best Coast , the Shimmering Stars , Fever Blanket , Dead Ghost , and Tijuana Panthers . I have to say this style of music and these bands , as well as your playlist is AWESOME !!! . I would like to know what genre or style of music do most of these bands fall under ? , just for reference sake . It's hard to pinpoint or compare , but I'd have to say it has a lot of similarities to early 60's and late 50's teen pop , as well as hints of surf , doo-wop , and 50's rock-a-ballads , but it doesn't stop there ! , you can throw in Jesus and Mary Chain , as well as Echo and the Bunnymen . I think it's refreshing !!! and it brings back a lost nostalgia of romance both in style and lyrics . Most modern day rockabillies today wouldn't get caught listening to any of this stuff , but I've always been a sucker for reverb , romance , dreamy ballads , and catchy pop songs , and I'm not ashamed of it at all !!!! , I love it ! . Great work in compiling such an awesome play list ! .

With over a year of being together under our belt, I had convinced my gf to move in with me in my new home in hopes to be together more and get her away from her shit-hole home and abusive family. All was beautiful and surreal. I was living with the love of my life and we were doing wonderful things together such as feeding the neighbors dog, plant sunflowers and watermelons and paint a lot and play two player split screens games nearly all the time. She made breakfast for me before i left to school and was there most days to greet me back with a kiss. Unfortunately things got out of whack and it wasn't working out. I felt dumb and stupid for doing this but after a week of contemplating I decided to break up with her. That was the worst decision of my life. I stumbled upon this song during my lowest point. It made me cry, a lot. But it also made me realize the huge mistake I made. It took several sleepless nights to muster my strength and win my womans heart back. It was tough at first but thanks to this song we are very happily together now. Lesson learned.
