That was possibly the worst trailer I've ever seen. The poster for this movie was on the backs of all of my comic books and I kinda wanted to see it. Prob bc I was a child and somehow amused by Rob Schneider. I would've been embarrassed that this thing was in all of my books if I'd seen this piece of shit trailer.

Aha.....you have to listen to the origin stories episode of HDTGM with Dan Gordan, the original director of the movie. He tells some amazing stories about his early career but unfortunately only touches on this movie in the last 5 minutes. It's worth a listen for the mob stories. Pansu dude.

Goddamn, this trailer perfectly sums up what being a little kid in the early '90s was like. xD Born in '88 here. I remember seeing this exact trailer like a zillion times because it was on the VHS for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III (the one where they travel back in time to feudal Japan). Also, that Asian guy who's the main character in this, he was in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: Secret of the Ooze. He played Keno, the pizza boy-turned-ninja crimefighter. Long live the '90s!

I love this movie... but this trailer somehow manages to take away what little dignity the movie actually has. It's like if you were deliberately trying to make fun of it.

+digitalconsciousness Wow. I had a TMNT2 VHS, but it didn't have this in the trailers, I'd remember it. Still have my Surf Ninjas VHS though. The tape shield (or whatever it's called) has broken off, so I have to transport it around in my portable TV with a built in VCR.
