while I'm stoked this kid obviously leads a blessed lifestyle, he's not any better than the 5 year Olds on maui. but he is definitely well taken care of.

I'm not trash talking. just stating that the level of skill is exponentially growing through the generations.
the edge the kid has, is parents that are supportive, and encouraging, and have enough money to make anything he wants to do possible.
to me, this video is less about some phenom (because let's face it, he is not that special in his age group, anyone who lives near a surf spot will agree) and more about showing what propper parenting is all about.
