Finally you guys get to this. People throw the word “classic” out a lot. But this was a Classic. It can go 3-0 either way depending on what your preference is. I think con 3-0. He had to many jokes, schemes and punches that kept landing. Surf was more in your face, talking gutter which is cool but con just had to much material and got more reactions out of me. So I think con got it. But this is definitely the if not one of the best battles that has replay value. It came out in 2012 and I still watch it every holiday season (which is when it released).

And they are Ralph Lauren boots that con is wearing along with his rugby sweater and beanie that’s Ralph to. And true religion jeans. His outfit was fly af, everything about his performance from swag to material was A1. This battle has lasted the test of time.

What my point is (and has been this whole time) you can't apply rules from now or 2004 to 2012. So people saying "oh judging it now surf clearly won even though I had Con before" doesn't work. A 5 year delay in judging is just dumb. Next, I brought up Lux vs Cal cos I had Lux 2-1 innitially, now rewatching, Cal 2-1 clear or 3-0 but I'm not gonna say that, I'm gonna stick to Lux 2-1 because during THAT TIME he won. That's all that matters.

I am your father The rules have changed, back in the day, there's unlimited rounds, chokes = automatic L for the round, you can jump in whenever or wait til the opponent stopped. Now things are different, so of course ppl can say "surf clear" based on judging criteria from NOW but again, how the hell do rules now affect battles from a different era? If that's the case, anyone who has choked or stumbled automatically gets an L since I'm gonna bullshit and say "I'm judging by the original rules" just like ppl saying "judging now". If that's the case, Lux clearly lost vs Cal saying a whole bunch of nothing with a 3 min choke. I bet no one gonna say anything about that though and still something dumb like Lux 3-0.
